Everything that I am passionate about revolves around sport. I love to run, do cross-fit and to train and to help other people to train too. I live a very healthy lifestyle and I take pride in my healthy diet and exercise plan. My love for running came after I won my first 10K run and after I participated in a half marathon. I suffered from insomnia, anxiety and low self esteem.

 

I have learned so much about my body through these years! I´m living a more balanced and healthy lifestyle and that’s what I want to show to everyone. EVERYTHING is possible!
